7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Our scents are personal and hygienic—so once delivered, they’re all yours.

⏰ Cancel Orders

Changed your mind? Cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that, it’s a done deal.

💸 Refunds (If Needed)

Only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Submit an unboxing video within 24 hours.

Once approved, refunds hit your original payment method in 8–10 business days.
No unboxing video = no refund/exchange.

All Elmoon content—logos, designs, copy—belongs to Elmoon Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is a no-go.

These terms are ruled by Indian law, with disputes settled in Pune, Maharashtra courts.
